maximios July 21, 2017

Staircase of a house gives a brief idea about the overall look of the house as one of the critical aspects of residential construction is the design of the staircase, which requires skills, patience and time. As one decides on constructing a house for his family, he gives a serious thought to the structure of the staircase. The style of the staircase should be in sync with the style of the house. If they are of different styles, the final look of the house comes out weird. Thus, the staircase should be stylish as well as economical.

While starting construction of a staircase in a house, the most important thing to be considered is the location of the staircase. It should be constructed in a semi-public place so that it does not cut into valuable private area. There are other important factors like budget, space and material used in the construction which, have to be well-thought-out.

There are many designer staircases as per individual choices. Some of them are as follows:

The gentle ribbon Staircase concept was founded with the view of the exposed position of the staircase in the main living area of the house. The staircase is constructed from 10mm thick steel metal. The pairs of adjoining steps connected with a slanted external side support form a bracket anchored in the wall. Each of the brackets is constructed as a rigid frame.

The most economical and safe construction used for the staircase is concrete and mdf. It is durable as well as affordable. They can be given shape and design as per the choice. Other options used are hardwood, stainless steel shading, different metal stairs and glass. However, one needs to stay cautions while constructing staircase. If there are children and old in the house you should stick to the conventional stairs as they are safe. Handrails are important so that if someone trips they can grab it to save themselves. The staircase of concrete of any type adds elegance and classic look to the home.
